1 General Terms & Introduction

Tk68 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid license. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between tk68 and its users.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

• Each bonus offer is available once per person, household, address, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Some games do not contribute, or contribute less, toward bonus wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Tk68 reserves the right to void the bonuses and all associated winnings on any account where bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, and to close the account if necessary.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on tk68 are conducted with the highest level of fairness. Our games use internationally recognized RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on tk68 are entirely random and not predetermined. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game page. In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect result to be shown, tk68 reserves the right to restore the correct outcome.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers. If a connection issue occurs or a game is interrupted mid-session, tk68 will determine the outcome in accordance with standard rules. The disconnection policy may vary by game.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds in Sports Betting can change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is placed are final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Rights of tk68

Tk68 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for any of the following reasons:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Account remaining inactive for an indefinite period (more than 12 months).
• Upon the user's own request.

8.2 Right to Close User Accounts

You can close your account at any time by notifying our support team. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
